My oatmeal cookies are currently in the oven so I've finally got some time to hammer out this post.

What's up y'all? It's been a hot minute since I posted any relevant content in my blog and I sorely apologize for that. Mental Health is still something I am exploring and getting used to, and i am discovering new things about myself everyday as someone not yet medicated for any of my ailments.
All of that is to say that I've been trying to rebuild and strengthen my mental to continue producing amazing content for you all. My best friend gave me this super needed talk some weeks back that like kick started this dormant part of my brain, and I've been fighting ever since. I would call myself an ambitious person with so many dreams and goals that I will see completed one way or another before my time on this planet expires.
So with that determination i finally started a new YouTube channel that is dedicated to showcasing all the things that make me... Well me! It's going to cover gaming, life style, entertainment, and even at some point cooking! I'll leave the link somewhere below if you're interested in subscribing over there. I still have some work to do to make it pretty but the ball is rolling and I hope to keep it that way.
This blog right here, i had been wrestling on what to do with it. I didn't want to have a bunch of separated blogs that I would have to individually manage but at the same time I know it's not exactly smart to cram everything into either.
Nonetheless, I want to have all my content in a place where people can easily find it. I'm following the same idea I have behind my YouTube Channel and that is on this blog you will find all the things that interest me. This includes game reviews, opinion pieces on games/fashion/music/trans life/baking and confectionary, interviews that maybe I couldn't do a video about, and my own writings be they rants or fictional works.
Sidebar on the fictional works. I did move most of them to Wattpad because I felt this wasn't the place the place to post those works. People come to blogs for light reading or finding out quick information. However, on this blog you will find me posting short stories that come to me here because I don't need to adhere to whatever is standard. My blog, my rules and of course you have the choice not to read or interact with those particular posts.
My growth as an adult and human being is teaching me things and putting me in places I didn't think I'd be in before. I don't know when I'll get other chances so I have to make the best of the ones I get and this is me doing that. This is me fighting every demon that told me I couldn't do it. This is me trying to take the reins and control what's left of my own life you know?
Maybe one day I will have a website where i can then migrate all of this content over to but until then this will do.
I think that's most of the super heavy stuff out of the way.
To what I have been doing outside of that, I have been playing a lot of Final Fantasy 14 in preparation for the upcoming expansion Endwalker. What prep exactly? Getting a brand new character through all of the current expansions in addition to completing as much of the optional side content as I can such as relics, beast tribes, and mount farming.
I have also been playing and getting involved in tons of SMITE. A game I had avoided originally because I felt I couldn't take it seriously enough, and that was a me problem. Tis year however, I have seriously fallen into the rabbit hole with it. I have invested in their current Odyssey Event, and pretty much all of the skin and event rollouts this year so far. The first video on my new YouTube channel is even SMITE related with TONS more of it to come. Somewhere down the line I may even do a whole blog post on SMITE itself and why I basically love it at this point.
On the side I have also taken up a game called Bless:Unleashed, not be be confused with Bless Online. It does have a long and complex history that I won't go into here, you can do a whole ass google search and find out for yourself. The short of it though is that this version came from being a console exclusive to now being on PC with some incredible changes that console is now waiting on.
It's quite fun as a casual side game until they iron out some kinks and get onto a stable level so-to-speak. There's always something breaking or broken that requires an emergency maintenance, and sometimes changes are made that leave the players scratching their braincases. Like a said though, it's a nice casual MMO to keep around and we'll see where things go.
If you happen to frequent twitch there is a Bless:Unleashed Streamer by the name of b2_x ( twitch.tv/b2_x ) who is rather knowledgeable and welcoming to people who may have questions about the game as she originally played on console before moving to PC. Just to point the curious folk in the right direction.
Other than those mentions I have been trying to knockout my single/multiplayer backlog of games like Mass Effect Andromeda, God Eater 2 etc.
If you have reached this point in this blog post I apricate you taking time out of your day to do so. Having to cram several months of updates into one post is rough without accidentally rambling and keeping you for longer than need be.
Going forward though, you guys can expect at least two posts a month! No certified upload dates yet but one step at a time. We're going to be active again and that's the best part for me.
